Yes! If a freelancer has been matched to a gig which they are no longer able to work, they are obliged to find a submit a suitable replacement through the app and contact your business to let them know. This only applies if the cancellation period has ended. If they can no longer work before the cancellation period has ended, they can cancel their match without any consequences. The gig will then be reopened automatically to allow new reactions to come in and the gig to be rematched.
