As the client, you are in control. Once you have posted a gig, freelancer reactions will come pouring in. You can then compare freelancers based on their profile, star rating, attendance percentage, motivation and work experience. Have you found the right freelancer? The match is made at the touch of a button!
After the gig has been completed, the freelancer can submit their hours in the app and the moment you approve these, an invoice is automatically generated and sent to them. We will then send you an invoice on the Friday for all hours approved that week and ask that you transfer the amount due to us so that we can pay the freelancers! You and the freelancer can also rate and review each other. This way we keep the platform transparent and have everyone help build a reliable network!
