Before the freelancers can start working via our platform, they need to go through an online onboarding process. During this process they learn all the ins & outs about working as a freelancer and we check whether the freelancers understand what they are getting into. This way we ensure quality.
You can find all the information you need via the freelancer's profile. Through their photo, motivation, education and work experience, you get a good idea of who will be working at your gig. You can also see how the freelancer has been performing up until now by checking the ratings they have received for previously worked gigs as well as the absolute numbers for their matches, no-shows and replacements.
