If there is a disagreement between yourself and the freelancer, we expect you to resolve together in a professional, timely manner. If the disagreement results in the freelancer not completing the full gig, this should be reflected in their submitted and approved hours. If you are unable to come to an agreement, YoungOnes will mediate only when necessary to support you both.
