If the freelancer is at the location detailed in the description of the gig but this is incorrect, the freelancer has adhered to the gig details. In that case, try to find a solution together that both parties agree to. If it is impossible for the freelancer to then make it to the correct location on time, the freelancer is entitled to 50% of the agreed hours.
If the freelancer is at the wrong location by their own fault, if time-appropriate the freelancer can make their way to the right location, or you can report it as 'gig not completed'. To prevent the freelancer from coming to the wrong location, we recommend contacting each freelancer before the gig to confirm. You can also add any additional site access information to 'additional information for matched freelancers'.
