To post a gig, you must be logged into the YoungOnes website. You can then post a new gig under the heading 'gigs’. Once you click on this, you can create the gig description.

Gig description | Make sure you clearly describe the activities. This way the freelancer knows exactly what to expect.
- Provide a description of what you are looking for.

- Provide a description of the required skills and any dress code.
- Don't use complicated jargon, keep it simple.
- Be short, but powerful.
- Describe some aspects that make the gig attractive.
- Clearly state the location and contact person.
Rate | Give the hourly rate a good thought!
- Is the gig urgent? If the rate is slightly higher, then freelancers are more willing to travel or cancel other agreements.
- Is the gig on the weekend or in the evenings, and is there a certain surcharge in the relevant collective labor agreement? Then think about whether you also want to include this in the rate.
- Would you like to pursue quality? Then you can possibly offer a higher rate to reach the ‘professionals’.
