Contact person | For every gig you assign a contact person to check the hours. When the gig has been posted, the contact person will receive an email with a link to the gig where the hours can be approved afterwards.
Keep the overview | When the contact person has a linked email address, they will receive an email three hours before the start of the gig. This email contains a link that will take them directly to the attendance list with all telephone numbers, email addresses and other details of the selected freelancers.
Gig | The details can also be seen immediately in the overview of the gig. It clearly states who the contact person is and who will approve the hours.
