In some cases, multiple freelancers react to a gig when you only need one. Of course you want to get the best out of it, so what should you pay attention to?
Once the freelancers have reacted to a gig, you can view their profiles. On their profile you will find a profile picture, their motivation and their work experience. The freelancer’s average rating is also shown along with the absolute numbers for their gigs in the past six months. Based on the profiles, you can select the best ones for your gig.
Are you looking for several freelancers but do not yet have enough reactions? You can already match with the best freelancers and leave the gig open to fill the remaining spots later. As soon as you have enough matches, the gig will be closed automatically.
Important note: choose freelancers on time. If a freelancer has to wait a long time to find out if they are matched to a gig, they might look for something else. If a freelancer is selected for another gig at the same time, you can no longer choose them for your gig.
