For each gig you can determine the hourly rate. In the app, the freelancers can place a counter offer if they think a different hourly rate is more appropriate. In the overview of reactions, a counter offer shows in bold when the freelancer has proposed a different hourly rate. By clicking on this you can also make a counter offer in turn. If the freelancer accepts this offer, the match is made!
Keep in mind! Just like booking last-minute flights and hotels, last-minute gigs may come at a premium cost! Freelancers factor this into their counter offer, as well as travel time.
