On the YoungOnes platform you have the opportunity to add freelancers as favourites. You can also block certain freelancers.
Favourites | When you are satisfied with a particular freelancer, you can add them to your favourites. If this person reacts to one of your new gigs, you can immediately see that this person has worked for you before and that you registered them as a favourite. This can save you a lot of time when looking for the right freelancer for your gig. You also have the option to only promote gigs with your favourite freelancers. Only the freelancers that you have added to this list can then see and react to this gig. Ideal if you like to work with a fixed group of freelancers! Freelancers receive a notification when they are added to Favourites. This is incredibly motivating!
(Un)block | If certain freelancers did not meet your standards, you have the option to block them. They won't be notified however, they can no longer see the gigs posted by you. This way you can't make the mistake of accidentally choosing them again for a gig. You can also unblock them at any time via the platform.
