We take care of invoicing. As soon as you have approved the hours, you will receive the invoice from us on the following Tuesday or Friday. If you have approved the hours for several gigs within the same period, you will receive a collective invoice in which all gigs are combined. On the invoice you will find an overview of the relevant gigs, the freelancers, the invoice numbers, the hours, the hourly rates and the total amount due. It also shows the amount you owe to YoungOnes. If you prefer to receive the invoices per gig, you must add a PO number to the gig. You can submit a PO number by filling in the data when you create a gig.
As soon as you have received the invoice, you are expected to transfer the amount to YoungOnes within the payment period.
