We expect our freelancers to keep track of their matches and reactions to gigs. Occasionally, they may surprise you!
You can send a freelancer home with no obligations if;
- They reacted to your gig but weren't matched
- They were matched but you cancelled within the cancellation period
- You matched with the freelancer for another gig
A freelancer cannot claim in the above situations. Read more about claims here.
If a freelancer arrives unexpectedly to a gig, always double-check your matches before sending them home. If you could do with an extra pair of hands, great! Post a gig and match with them straight away.
