If a freelancer has already started working and you decide to send them home before they have completed the whole gig, they are entitled to claim 100% of the hours. This is because it is seen as a 'cancellation of the gig' from the business’s side after the cancellation period has ended (Article 10, model agreement). After the shift is officially over, they can enter 100% of the hours via the app.
I no longer need a freelancer to work the full gig.
