A freelancer is entitled to claim 50% of the agreed hours under the below conditions:
- You cancelled the gig after the cancellation period expired
A freelancer is entitled to claim 100% of the agreed hours under the below conditions:
- You sent them home before they worked 50% of the agreed gig hours
- You sent them home on arrival to the gig (e.g. over-staffed, gig not cancelled on the platform)
- you did not communicate the correct gig location
If a freelancer is unwell or does not comply with the dress code, you should come to a mutual agreement to avoid needing a claim.
You can approve or decline a freelancer's claim in 'check hours'. Important! A claim is automatically approved after 7 days.
